The officer working at the front desk was really kind and helpful. They helped to redirect a letter I needed to receive by today.
Call center have no control over parcels. System doesn't work properly. They somehow can't manage to ring my bell and bring it to a shop everytime which is half an hour away from me! Even when I change the preferred shop, it lands in the same one. And on top of that, they take minimum 1 or 2 days longer than Austrian Post to deliver a package. Even though I pay for Amazon prime, I choose standard delivery so it doesn't come with DHL, but sometimes they send it with DHL anyways. Complains don't help anything. I don't order from other websites that deliver via DHL anymore.
Worst service ever. They delivered at home at 3PM when nobody was home, then again the next day at the same time and then complain that it's my fault that I wasn't there. Should definitely improve their customer service, and should be able to deliver when people are at home (early in the morning or at night). Now I'll have to pick it up myself. Definitely to be improved.
Super bad service! Drivers claim you are not at home although you are. Parcels are deposited in parcel shops that are unnecessary distant to the delivery address. Actively chosen delivery dates (to be present at home for sure) are not kept.

The guy at counter is very nice! Given star is yours! BUT COMPANY AND THEIR BEHAVIOR AGAINST CUSTOMERS IS RIDICILOUS! THEY CHARGE FOR USED GADGETS ONLY FROM NON-EUROPEAN CITIZENS OVER 100 ACCORDING TO SOME AUSTRIAN LAWS WHICH HAVE NO CLUE ... DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM!
Extremely unfriendly staff. The worker with the name Wolfgang is very rude. When I asked him if I can send an international parcel. He started to abuse the destination land and the inhabitants of the land. I didn’t expect to face such as aggression.
