English speaking moving company. Prompt answers and availability. I did not use them but they were available for a short notice relocation from Vienna to Italy, meeting and on-field visits arranged in a short period of time, and always available for any question and inquiry by email.
Absolutely professional and reliable transport- team, accessible and friendly office support and a swift service company. We have not detected a single flow during their service and would strongly recommend this company in future to our partners and private contacts.
Very professional, reliable und fast work. I can highly recommend this company, especially since there are so many dodgy companies in Vienna. This is NOT one of them! They will come and assess what you will be moving, make an estimate and then deliver on the work they promise. Great experience!

Unfortunately there is no less starts to qualify such as bad service. They call me ONE HOUR LATER from the agreed time asking for 30min more..after two hours of waiting never show up.
DieMoebelpacker was recommended by a friend, I must say it was a good recommendation. I had to do a moving in a very short notice and the Company was very efficient and was able to organize a Survey, Budget Quotation, and consirmation of the Job very quickly (and in the moddle of holday period... 2nd week of August). The Price was very competetive and the Service really good. They did the moving in a very short time (de-montage, packing, transport, unpacking and Montage within Vienna... all in 2 working days!), the personnel was very flexible and helped with the many requirements we raised. They were even so Kind to send a Crew member back to our house because there was a problem with the Installation, at no extra cost, which demonstarted commitment to Quality and customer care. No doubt I would contact them again if needed (although I hope I do not have to becuase I moving)
Die Möbelpacker haben letzte Woche meinen Umzug durchgeführt und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Ein schweres Sofa welches nicht in den Lift gepasst hat wurde ohne Probleme getragen und das mit zwei Mal Dachgeschoss. Noch dazu waren die Möbelpacker sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich war wirklich sehr zufrieden. 5/5 Sternen und gerne nächstes Mal wieder.
