We applied in january 2017 for a double entry tajik visa and GBAO permit. We followed the instruction shown on their website literally (I have print screen of all their instruction), sent them money (110 euros each) by bank transfer and passport by post. After 2 months I wrote them an email and they replied that it wasn't possibile to issue our visa because now all the visa are made through internet (e-visa process). They invited us to apply for 2 e-visas. So we did, paid AGAIN, and got the visas. They refused to refund us the money we sent them and they couldn't explain why. We have never had a written reply from them. We just followed official instruction on their website. I firmly suggest everybody who needs visa or information about Tajikistan to refer to embassies in Paris or Berlin. Never again.
