We've borrowed dress for a ball occasion. Very good service while borrowing and tailoring the dress. Then it stops. I needed a handbag, bought one with my wife on video call. When we've seen it in reality, matched it with dress, she didn't like it and I tried to return. EVEN WITHIN A DAY OF PURCHASE THEY DECLINED DISCUSSION ABOUT RETURNING THE MONEY. VERY POOR SALES TACTICS. WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN.

The dresses are beautiful and classy as is the shop and the attention one receives is top-notch.
