It's always a pleasure to visit Fräulein Anna! This shop is so much fun to browse and find treasures in! They have everything from gifts and housewares to a stunning artificial floral section to seasonal goodies aplenty! Their staff are always so helpful, always asking customers if they need assistance - and everyone I've encountered has been kind enough to speak to me in English when I've asked as my German is not yet good enough to speak conversationally. A huge plus for me and much appreciated! Their store front is always so inviting and gorgeous! The store itself, always so clean and put together so beautifully. This tells me the owner and the employees really care about their place of employment and its customers. A gem of a place I'd highly recommend to friends and visitors to Vienna!

Ein sehr netter beschaulicher Laden. Hier gibt es viele Sachen die man gut verwenden oder gut verschenken kann. Größtenteils besteht das Sortiment aus Plastikartikel und Nippes. Jedoch merkt man hier, das es langsam ein Umdenken gibt. Klimafreundliche fancy Metallbehälter oder aus Bambus Geschirr und Besteck. Es ist ein Anfang. Weiter so

Herzliche Freundlichkeit, das fällt mir ein, wenn ich an unseren Einkauf bei Fräulein Anna denke. Nach langer Suche fanden wir ein passendes "Tea for One" Geschenkset in diesem zauberhaften Laden. Online bestellt kam das Set nach wenigen Tagen in liebevoll signierter Verpackung bei uns in Deutschland an. Obwohl jedes Teil einzeln und wirlich gut verpackt war, hatte die Teekanne den offensichtlich rücksichtslosen Umgang auf dem Transportweg nicht überlebt. Direkt am Tag der Zustellung reklamiert, wurde uns innerhalb von 3 Werktagen und damit noch rechtzeitig zu Heiligabend Ersatz geliefert. Insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der in 2020 besonders schwierigen Vorweihnachtszeit hätten wir damit nicht gerechnet. Wir wünschen euch alles Gute und ein gesegnetes neues Jahr.
