For two times I was ready to start my course on the next Monday. For two times I have been told that the course would not start on late Friday afternoon, because there were not enough participants. What I liked even less is that, when I asked for a reimbursement, they told me that a spot got free in the online course of Berlin and they enrolled me directly there. I wanted to take in person or online course in Vienna so to learn German and get in touch with expats in Vienna, so Berlin was not an option for me. After having told them I was not interested in the Berlin course and asked for a reimbursement 2 times, I finally got reimbursed

I took 2 intensive courses during summer July/ August and everything was great ! Teachers and classrooms were profesional and of high quality. The experience of enrolling and paying through the website was also quite satisfactory. The timings of classes were very convenient to have the rest of the day free for other activities. I took classes from 8:30 am - 11:30 am. Would be nice to offer something a bit earlier. The Academy is professionally managed and everything runs smoothly. The staff is friendly and always ready to help you.
The school is well run, and the staff exceptionally kind and competent. They really want students to have a positive experience and will do everything they can to make that happen. I have taken A and B level courses here and have been extremely satisfied. It is exceptional value for the money. I recommend it most highly.
German / language learning is like a Marathon. You should find your correct place for sustainable learning with good teacher, good teaching method and good Book . More important thing is kind and respectful service. After two years I found my place. For 4 months, i am learning and improving... hope you found it too...
I had a great experience at DeutschAkademie! The teacher is really well prepared and motivating, the lessons are interesting and the concepts and topics are revised constantly which helps fixing the grammar rules and the vocabulars! Really reccomended for learning German fast!
I have to say that I’m very pleased with the DeutschAkademie they definitely deliver what they promise. I have been in different Languages Institutes and this one was the best until now, the staff and teachers are very nice, highly knowledgeable, super organized and always there for you. From the online classes to the presencial ones, everything works just perfect. I highly recommend
I did the evening B2 courses online via Zoom due to my working schedule and I am really satisfied! Also our teacher Christine helped us a lot, a great asset for DeutschAkademie. If you have any questions, they are always fast in replying and helpful. Easy registration process, organised, efficient! Thumbs up!!
