Great American restaurant in middle of Vienna. The service is very good and food also. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

Had an amazing experience visiting Hard Rock Cafe: Vienna. The Service is always great and the Food... fantastic. The Hard Rock Shop has a large selection of collectibles, t-shirts and accessories. Couldn’t resist buying four pins for my collection. All in all a must, if you are visiting the beautiful city of Vienna.
A nice stop if your a Hard Rock Cafe fan. The service was fast and friendly. And the restrooms clean. The food portions are a little smaller in compared too other Hard Rock Cafe restaurants. But the food was still good!
So disappointed! I really wanted to have a great time! I am hoping to visit all the Hard Rocks of the world, and always make a point to stop at one if it’s in a city I’m visiting. Unfortunately this one was the worst. The vibe is okay, and greeting staff very pleasant but they definitely have their hands full with trying to direct people between the store and restaurant and stopping them from going upstairs. My main issue was that I had a relatively simple order: legendary burger and a Pepsi. It took more than half my meal and a reminder to actually get the Pepsi, when then it still took a few more minutes for the Pepsi to arrive. If I ordered a cocktail I could understand the delay. I had sometime similar happen previously at the Hard Rock in Scotland and they were so apologetic and didn’t charge me for my soda and even brought out a refill. However, this Hard Rock still charged me 4.30 euros for the drink that came at almost the end of my meal. And that was when I had a coupon for a ‘free draft beer or soda with purchase of a main course’ from a tour bus. My waiter seemed too interested in dancing to try to rectify the situation, and I didn’t want to waste more time when I could be sightseeing, so I just paid and left. It’s sad that this Hard Rock Cafe does not have the same customer service and focus that the rest I have been to have had.
I was there one year ago. Unfortunately manager ruined my day with by girlfriend. We had a conflict with misunderstanding of voucher and it's okay. But at the end of or discussion he said: "Don't order it if you don't want it. You're wasting products". I'm agree with him! But I go there from Warsaw to order a dessert because I want it, I want to relax, I love the staff in this this restaurant. Why he decided that I don't want it at all? because "of voucher", really? By the all it's not his f business.
The service was excellent. take caring about the customers allergy and health issues. The shrimp was tasty. I tried hard rock in different countries, Vienna won the best hospitality. My complaint is The original burger was less than expected and the price was expensive. Thank you and all the best
The staff are friendly. Location is great. Perfect Venue. (Before Pandemic)
Somehow disappointing experience. Service was friendly and saved the third star. Food is okay but menu has only very limited choice. No more Jumbo Combo at the moment. Also the cocktail menu was very reduced and the cocktails itself where colored water. Definitely not worth the price you pay.
