Amazing service! Werner, the owner, is always super humble and kind and always takes time to make sure I receive exactly what I wish for. No matter how many people are actually in the shop! When it gets really really busy, I've seen customers being horribly rude to him and his wife with whom his works together, yet both of them still retained their smile and genuinely helped their clients with utmost kindness and respect, even though they honestly didn't deserve it. I have never seen kinder and nicer couple in my life! I've been a loyal customer over the number of years at this place! Each time I need something, a gift for a friend, or something new for myself, I know Werner will always help. And he always goes the extra mile, always has wonderful suggestions that actually help me pick the perfect jewellery piece and craft the engravings with meaning and purpose :-) But most importantly (and I only understood only over the years), what he actually has as a first priority in his mind is in fact what's best for me -purpose, quality, cost-wise. He leads his business with the human centred approach and I simply love it! Each and every piece of jewellery I got from here as a gift for friends was a huge success and did exactly as intended! You can actually feel that both him and his wife are not doing this for business but out of passion! And I can never thank them both enough for being such an amazing and wonderful people! Meine Verlobte und ich haben letzte Woche unsere Eheringe beim Juwelier Berghammer in Auftrag gegeben. Ohne einen Termin oder jegliche Empfehlung haben wir uns spontan für diesen Juwelier entschieden und waren darüber sehr glücklich. Der Inhaber hat uns bestens beraten, sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und ist auf unseren persönlichen Geschmack eingegangen. Als junges Paar hatten wir keinerlei Erfahrung mit Ringen. Deswegen sind wir umso dankbarer, dass auf all unsere Wünsche mit Geduld und Fachwissen eingegangen wurde. Besonders hervorheben wollen wir dabei die kurze Zeit, die wir zur Verfügung hatten, denn wir heiraten Mitte November. Sogar dies war absolut kein Hindernis. Die Ringe sind fertig und für uns bereit.
