STAY AWAY! DO NOT BUY! SCAM! In August 2019 we bought a nice ring to my fiancee in Wien branch. The seller was nice and pleasant, we needed to resize the ring and they were lacking the GIA certification for the diamond (according to them the certificate was located in Salzburg branch and needed to be sent to Wien). We agreed to come in one week to take the resized ring and certificate. One week later the ring was ready but no certificate. As we don't live in Austria they promised to send it us directly to our home in Prague withing 2 weeks tops. We waited few weeks and didn't receive anything. We contact our seller directly but she was not helpful and just said that they are managing and she will speak with the owner but no progress was actually made. We tried contact them multiple times by email but they just ignore us and we got zero response for about 10 mails sent to them. Now is almost December 2019. No official response from them. No certificates. Nothing. They were happy to take our money but don't expect them to keep up with there promises or even respond to you after. Not to mention that all this behavior made us really doubt the authenticity of there jewelry. Keep far far away from them. Never again.
