If you book an apartment with this company, they will take your 150 Euro deposit and keep it. When they bother to respond to emails, they will repeatedly tell you they're going to refund it, but they lie. The apartments are fine, but there are plenty of fine apartments in Vienna: Find another company or budget for an extra 150 Euro.

Apartment was fine, but as other reviewers have said they took 150 euro as a security deposit and ignored my requests for this to be returned. Now refunded via third party company, but I would not recommend or book again.
we were delighted with the apartment but upon returning home to the UK we checked our bank statement and found they had taken another 150 euro without our knowledge. When we tried to contact them they never replied and we had to contact the company we booked with and they were amazing and refunded us. We have still not heard from Kimi apartments
Very hard to get in touch with Kimi after a reservation. Did not refund the 150 deposit. Would not recommend! There are other central places that are more affordable.
Superb location close to the ring with good commuting options near by. View of Votivkirche is unmissable. Apartments are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Internet wasn't great but not a real issue. Would return there again.
Great apartment, amazing location very close to all Vienna's main attractions, few minutes walk from local grocery store, helpful and interactive staff. Would recommend.
We checked in on 3rd June 2017 at around 4 p.m. We had been handed over key by Anna. Room was not cool, upon our inquiry she told us that it will take few hours to cool down. That was a trap, she was aware about problem in A/C, in spite of that she allowed us to checked in. We were there for 3 nights. It was a horrible experience - A/C not working and because of rain -vent can not be kept open. In spite of our repeated calls including to the manager, no help came. We were cheated. when we complained to our booking Agent through whom we booked, Anna came and offered us refund for 1 night. We were stuck because we had paid entire money in advance. Good location - good apartment but very poor service. Beware before checking in - Please check A/C is working or not.
Nice apartments in a great location - however, the company will not return your damage deposit of 150 EUR, so unless you are ready to pay 150 EUR extra for your stay, book elsewhere.
