I did my Visa extension and It‘s not that bad... I came around 7:54 and I was done around 9:10... You just need to be early as possible cause they are servicing not just 1 district so expect the long waiting.. Danke Frau Leyrer. .... and make sure you have the complete list of all the necessary documents needed so you don‘t need to come back!

Tried calling them for weeks and after a long struggle managed to get connected to the woman working on my case, just to get hung up on mid sentence.
Never try calling them. They will hang up on you after you have waiting for hours on hold. I'd give 0 stars if I could..
Would give 0 stars if possible. Waiting for over 2 hours to get a simple forum singed and handed out. Which idiot thought of this system. We are living in 2018 and not in the 19th century. Should just do it online and make it much easier and faster.
Really awful experience! The waiting time it's absurd, i arrived at 8 am when they open and there's already a very long queue outside the building. I had wait 3 hours just to make a simple confirmation of registration. The employees are kind of rude, i understand they have to be fast, but they are also unfriendly. THERE'S NO INFORMATION POINT. Everything it's in german, so for non german speaking people like myself, it's very hard to understand what to do. I had to translate everything with google translate. Also there are no signs pointing to the office number 1.11.
Terrible place
Die Wartezeiten sind echt ein absoluter Horror. Es kann wohl nicht sein, dass die Leitungen 24/7 besetzt sind? Egal ob man während den Öffnungszeiten anruft oder nicht, es hebt niemand ab. Wenn mal jemand ans Telefon kommt, wird man auch nur weitergeleitet oder weggedrückt.
Horror wirklich man wartet 40 minuten in der Leitung damit eine Person ran geht aber gleich wieder auflegt super ! Wirklich die san die schlimmsten
