This place is a ton of fun. Been there before, and this time we had our son’s birthday party there. The staff was great and friendly and helpful. We really appreciated it and the kids had a great time. I enjoyed it too and got a really good workout bouncing around with the kids.

Really had fun playing laser tag. Much better than expected. I'm used to play paintball, but was really pleasantly surprised by the playing field, music, and the game itself.
Hosted my son’s 10th birthday here this past Sunday. Had an amazing time! Staff were SO helpful and attentive, and the kids had a great time. Completely exceeded our expectations.
Terrible! We booked a party for 10 children with Pizza and drinks. They didn't provide glasses, nor cutlery so we had to cut the pizza with our hands and also they didn't have napkins. We asked also for tap water and we were sent to the bathroom to drink, how RUDE is that!. To add insult to injury, our confirmation email stated we should come 30 min prior to the party. We got there at 11:30, 12 people in total... there was no one to open the door. The place was closed and they made us wait outside in the rain for 25 minutes until the guy opened at 11:55 am. Why do you ask people to come 30 min before and the place isn't even open and only has one attendant on site? You should not offer parties if you can't cater the most basic things, like cutlery, glasses, cake and water. Yes we brought our own cake and had to cut it with a piece of cardboard because they also didn't have a knife. I'm glad at least the children had fun, but for the price one pays, there are better options in Vienna to go for.
