I've had two PCR tests done here (at the outdoor lab in front of the building) and the service, speed, and professionalism were all excellent. The staff in the registration area were friendly and helped answer all my questions and the doctors performing the tests were also efficient and kind. Both times I got the sample taken around 3pm and had my results (via code sent to my email that I could check on the website) the same evening(!). Best of all, there was no waiting either time I went. Definitely recommend this lab for travel-related covid testing.

I had my PCR test in this lab 2 weeks ago and the whole process has been extremely smooth with 0 waiting time. The staff was very professional and instructive. Furthermore, I got my results delivered to me online within the same day in a few hours. Definitely recommended!
Top professionals, reliable and efficient. Even in the Covid times - performing PCR and Antigen tests on top of the usual lab work, still as quick, as professional and as good as it gets in Vienna! For already several years my lab of choice.
Very unreliable. I called them up and they said that the COVID test is till 4 pm (since I couldn't read the site in English)- I reached there and they said the COVID test is till 3 pm (in a very rude way). Very unprofessional and unaccommodating (especially if you're on a clock to travel).

I paid for a covid antibody test from them and while the results were fast, they tell me, as a non-expert, absolutely nothing. So tomorrow I will waste another 30 minutes trying to get through on the phone to get an explanation. I am not the only person to complain about this.
AVOID! They took our COVID test and promised results within 24-36 hours. The boss even told me to call her personally if it takes more than 48 hours. You guess it, no results after 48 hours, phone lines busy or unanswered, text messages and emails ignored. We were not allowed to leave the house without a negative test result by law. Finally after almost 7(!) days we got our results by email. 5 days of work and income lost by their incompetence. No need to pay their fee, even the free PCR testing by the City of Vienna is faster than them. What a bunch of losers.
The Walk-In PCR test container in Viennas third district is great. I was there during noon, so there were more people (i guess because of their lunch break), but hardly anybody after me. The administrative work is quickly done and well organized. You can also get a \Gurgeltest\-Kit, if you prefer. Of course, the price is significant, but you will get the results quickly. Mine did not even take 24h. staff was friendly and polite. No appointment needed - i recommend that Laboratory to everyone, needing a quick and easy PCR test.
