I booked this appointment weeks in advance as I only spent one weekend in Vienna and wanted to make sure that we can search for a wedding dress for my friend. After reconfirming the session the day before, the shop owner called me one hour before our appointment that she cannot make it and she cannot find anyone else who can open the store. When I tried to insist that this was important for us, as we won't see each other for another 6 months with my friend, she told me: 'You wouldn't buy anything today anyways, no?' Unacceptable! Seems to only open the store if someone promises to buy something there? I recommend to avoid this place and search for one where they appreciate clients!

Ich hatte eine wirklich tolle, herzliche Beratung bei Vondru! Wir haben uns total wohl und wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Das Ambiente ist schön, die Verkäuferinnen nett und auch die Terminvereinbarung war sehr unkompliziert. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch!

Ich hatte insgesamt drei Termine. Das Team hat wirklich viel Zeit für mich genommen. Ich habe ziemlich schnell mein Traumkleid gefunden, weil ich schon bestimmte Vorstellungen hatte. Wir haben mehrere Variationen anprobiert: mit Gürtel, Schuhen, Schleier ... Ich habe mich im Salon sehr wohl gefühlt.
