Location, cleanliness, convenience - everything was perfect. I loved how close it was to some really nice quarters in Neubau with the nice cafés, restaurants and small trendy design shops. The walk down to Museum Quartier and a bit further to classical Vienna is about 15 minutes, and a pleasant walk. The hotel entrance is less than 100 m from the U-bahn station Neubaugasse, and u-bahn, trams, and busses are so well and easy working in Vienna. They take a lot of pride in the public transport system and they should! Also the room was very clean, fresh and spacious. The staff was all very nice and friendly.

Its excellent starting place to discover Vienna. The apartments are situated on pedestrian road so place is quiet. The rooms offer comfortable and more then big enough space to stay there with family (5 persons). Parking is possible opposite the street in parking house for good price. Metro station in front of building, but center of city is in walking distance as well so you can chose.
Great place in Vienna, has everything you need and is a 30 minute maximum walk from most tourist destinations. However they ignored the "Do not disturb" sign while we were out and cleaned up anyway.
Specious and clean apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Good location. The owner is very nice.
Very convenient location -- obviously -- and the owner was responsive and helpful. The room was surprisingly spacious, the furnishings simple but adequate.

Sehr zentral gelegene Pension mit äusserst netten Vermietern. Treppen waren für uns kein Problem. Zimmerservice sehr zuvorkommend und umsichtig. Zimmer/Bad sind sauber und neu eingerichtet. Betten sind sehr bequem. Man hat die Möglichkeit sich Tee und Kaffee zubereiten. Klimaanlage und TV vorhanden. Wir können die Pension nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße aus Nürnberg.
Veneam după un drum de 1.000km...Am urcat 3 sau 4 etaje pe scări căci nu aveau lift.Am ajuns la recepție,ne-a arătat camera dar a uitat să mai plece....Ne explica cum functioneaza televizorul,cum să-l deschidem,închidem,etc.,cum să folosim cheile proprietății și nu mai imi aduc aminte ce....Doream să mă cazez...Mi-am scos hainele din bagaj..Ea nimic.M-am uitat urât..Ea nu a vrut să înțeleagă.I-am spus soțului în limba română să îi spună să plece;adică dacă mai are ceva să iasă pe hol unde era "recepția".A plecat...Cu toate explicațiile ei televizorul nu a funcționat.Am decis să stau fără, decât să o mai văd .Avantajul pensiunii este poziția.
