I rarely write internet reviews but this time I feel like I simply need to do it. I have attended Sara’s studio since 2015, both Barre and Pilates classes and I very much enjoyed them. When I got pregnant in 2016, Sara helped me tremendously, adapting the exercises for me. I attended Pilates classes until the last week of my pregnancy and felt really good thanks to them. When pregnant with my second child, in 2019, I also attended classes but I also subscribed for Sara's online course “Baby glow.” I did exercise at home every evening. I simply loved the program due to the fact it offers a variety of exercises and of different length; Sara explains everything, helping you to make sure that you do the exercises properly; and that they are simply fun to do! I also continued attended Pilates classes in her studio once a week. Although this may sound crazy, I attended my last Pilates class 6 hours before my second baby was born - I nearly went to the hospital from the studio (feeling very relaxed and well-stretched). The midwives who assisted me during the birth said that they don’t remember such a fast birth. Needless to say: I highly recommend the studio and the fantastic team!

Always a great experience! I've been coming to the studio for almost two years now. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the instructors are super nice, and the workouts are challenging yet fun. Anytime I am asked for fitness reccomendations, Pilates Boutique is at the top of my list!

Die Übungen an sich waren mehr oder weniger ok, aber der Raum ist absolut ungeeignet, extrem eng und überfüllt. In der Tat eine kleine Wohnung, angepasst als Studio, wo sich ungefähr 30 Personen gleichzeitig befinden. Keine Aufmerksamkeit, Begrüßung oder Erklärung für eine neue Person. Habe das Studio das erste und letzte Mal besucht.
Die Pilates Boutique ist ein Studio zum. Wohlfühlen. Ich gehe seit Jahren dorthin und liebe das abwechslungsreiche Training - als Anfänger hab ich was gefunden und es ist Jahre später auch noch nicht langweilig geworden. Ein liebevoll geführtes Studio mit kompetenten Trainerinnen. Ich bin angekommen!
Ich kann dieses Studio nur weiterempfehlen. Bin seit 3 Jahren regelmäßig hier zum Trainieren. Die Trainerin sind super, ganz besonders die Inhaberin Sara. Es gibt auch eine eigenes Programm für Schwangere (Baby Glow), das Sara online anbietet. Ich liebe dieses Programm! Ich war auch beim Schwangerschafts-Yoga, aber das war mir einfach zu wenig. Mit Saras Programm fühle ich mich richtig wohl.
