Great. Professional washing machine for half price..

At my first visit I had one small appliance to be fixed (rice cooker) and was informed that for any type of repair they charge an amount simply to take the item and check it, so for small appliances they offer what they call \Cafe Reparatur\, on Thursdays afternoon. I was very thankful to have receiced that information and went back the next Thursday. Few technicians prepare coffee and receive customers at their \keller\ when they look into and fix small appliances on the spot and customers are welcome to contribute with an amount they find fair for that service. One of them did manage to fix my rice cooker. So I was very happy with my experience and hope they still have the \Cafe Reparatur\.

Wir hatten nun bereits zwei mal das R.U.S.Z. Reparaturservice beauftragt. Die Probleme wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit erkannt und auch kostengünstig behoben. Sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter!

Unser Geschirrspüler wurde rasch und kompetent vor Ort repariert. Der Techniker war superfreundlich, hat alles genau erklärt und konnte den Fehler sehr schnell eingrenzen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis halte ich für durchaus angemessen. Unser 7 Jahre alter Geschirrspüler darf weiterleben und eine kostspielige Neuanschaffung fällt nun zum Glück weg. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
