Before the appointment even started, I received a reminder of the appointment and a 2h window for our appointment. I‘m used to these „appointments“ where you wait half a day - the technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional. As I forgot to pick up cash beforehand, he waited in his van around the corner while I ran to the ATM patiently. Only good things to say - will definitely use again. AND appointment offered within 24h on short notice :)

I am totally disgusted at what this company charged me today. Our fridge had a problem and the technician came out to our house but spent no more than 10 minutes at our house. He did nothing more than measure the temperature inside the fridge and then charged us Euro 110. I don't think I have ever been ripped off this badly before.

War sehr zufrieden! Schneller Termin,sofortiges Erkennen des Problems,professionelle,zügige Arbeit,sehr freundlich. Hat sich etwas (45 min.) verspätet,aber rechtzeitig angerufen und gefragt,ob er trotzdem noch kommen kann.Kann man nicht von allen Handwerkern erwarten!

Hallo Waschmaschine funktionierte am Wochenende nicht mehr. Montag angerufen - Techniker kamen am selben Tag - sehr pünktlich. Reparatur leider nicht möglich. Aber Angebot für eine neue Maschine gemacht - wurde Montags noch bestellt. Juchu Dienstag wurde die neue Waschmaschine geliefert - pünktlich. Es war alles super Freundlichkeit, Pünktlichkeit und vieles mehr.

Gute Kommunikation- ich habe per SMS die Benachrichtigung vor dem Termin bekommen. Die 2 Installateure sind rechtzeitig gekommen und haben das Problem gelöst. Mit dem Preis bin ich auch zufrieden. Ganz nett, empfehle.

Habe bei RSH eine neue Waschmaschine bestellt. Vorzügliche Abwicklung, einfach telefonisch. Lieferung überpünktlich, perfekte Zustellung bis in die Wohnung. So sollte es sein. Personal auch sehr freundlich. AAA
