STAY AWAY! I saw the MANY negative reviews of Santa Fe Relocation online, but decided to go with them anyway, as I was in a desperate situation due to the pandemic. I have regretted that decision many times since. The communication was bad from the beginning. I was assigned 3-4 different contact people who did not communicate between them, meaning that I had to spend hours giving the same information to people in the same company. I was also promised pick up on a specific date, which was a condition to me paying the deposit. I was informed that everything was in order. However, a few days before the pick up, I was informed by another person that this would not be possible and that I needed to be flexible. Furthermore, they refused to deliver at the agreed delivery date even though I had paid. When they finally delivered, they did not unpack as agreed and I had to pay to get all the packing materials removed. Furthermore, many items were broken.
