Amazing palace, detailed tour about the rooms and the use of the rooms. We loved the people who helped us, they wanted to help us, they reminded us we are students and could get a discount without us knowing it. We felt amazed they did not want to overcharge us. The audiotour we suggest, easy and loud. We got an entry time to make sure the place was not overcrowded. Clean palace. We suggest combi tickets or passes because it is worth it to visit more than just the palace.

Stunning place! It’s a shame that you can not take photos inside. The park, the gardens ... are incredible. It is really worth a visit. Plus the spectacular views of Wien from the Gloriette

Some rooms are very plain, especially Franz Joseph's room surprised me. We encountered simplicity while waiting for glamor. This palace, which is a cage for Sissi, is full of rooms that can be passed through each other. Some rooms are mourning rooms, some rooms decoration is incredibly heavy. Its garden is more interesting than the palace itself. Especially the labyrinth part. Huge magnificent gardens. It is definitely a must see place. It is one of the places in Vienna that I am glad I went to and that I love most.

Beautiful, definitely a special place in Vienna! I explored the grounds, and had a wonderful time! The roses/rose archway were my favorite.

Great palace and the gardens outside are gorgeous. You can wander around for free for hours if you don’t want to spend any money. Or you can go inside for a quick tour - the imperial tour only took around 40 minutes (audio guide included) and it was interesting to see what the palace looks like inside.

Absolutely amazing! To see everything in there, you should probably book about 5-6 hours. It's around 40 for all inclusive ticket

Someone could write five books about this palace and yet it would not be comprehensive. If you are in Vienna then visit this site and you will understand the mechanics of the human ego and how exaggerated you could make things and yet beautiful and leave a legacy for your future generations. This is a treasure site.

After all it is wonderful. Worth a look. Next time I want to go on a grand tour where I can see more rooms. The roses were in full bloom in the garden adjacent to the palace. It is said that it is a summer capital, but it seems that it was often cold in the past. There was a very large stove that was over 2 meters long. (I was wondering what it looked like in a larger vase)
