We were thoroughly advised in selecting the right collection. It is also possible to mix between sets. The staff will maintain a birthday / wedding day list if you please. Summarising, excellent service with marvelous choice of porcelain.

Very rude and unhelpful service. We were looking for a specific item which wasn't on display and were left waiting for ages whilst the shop assistant chatted to another customer. We were finally served and told the item wasn't available in that store and would take weeks to come in. There was no attempt to advise if the item could be found at another branch and that shop assistant was quite rude about the whole matter.
