After not getting any update for many days I contacted UKVI to find out if there was a delay from their end however they confirmed me that the decision for my application had already been made. 1 week later yet there is no update about the passport return when I needed it the most. Paid service but poor execution from TLS. Takes more than a week just to return the passport, also I still haven't heard about my passport. Very poor paid service and would not recommend it at all. Please avoid at all costs.

This is the first time I feel comfortable when I go to a visa interview. There are 2-3 staffs there and they are very friendly and humourous. I am Vietnamese and I need to apply for visa every year to go around the world because of my job and my study. I can say that compare to VFS service or other visa services I have done before, this time at TLS Wien is my best experience. Everything was clear, documents could upload online easily. Biometric was fast and I am very happy with the service.

I went this morning in the Vienna office and the whole experience was far away one of the best I had. The lady and her colleague were so kind and supportive, I wished the others could see them and copy paste the service they offer.I wish more people in service will understand that the whole process can be enjoyable and proffesional.
