I have been working with Dr. Nademleinsky on three different cases and I fully trust his professional judgement and advice. Dr. Nademleinsky was the perfect lawyer for me and I believe that he is one of the best International family lawyers in Vienna. I had a difficult international divorce from my husband and Dr. Nademleinsky was there for me every step of the way. It was clear that his knowledge of the laws involved was thorough (after all, he co-author the book “International family law” with Prof. Dr. M. Neumayr, Judge at the Supreme Court!) and that his arguments to the court were on point. He was always calm even in the most difficult situations and able to explain the laws in English so that I understood. I would recommend his services to anyone and I rate his practice as first rate!
I contacted Dr. Nademleinsky after I found him often cited in the comments to cases in the Austrian family law Bible \Kindschaftsrecht\. Previously I used services of other 2 law firms in Vienna based on recommendations, which gave me contradictory opinions on an international child case involving a third country not party to the Hague Convention, hence I wanted a third opinion. He grasped the point immediately, brought up relevant facts that I was unaware of at that time, and his advice proved to be extremely helpful in a short time.

Eine österreische Mutter, die im Ausland lebt will sich scheiden lassen und das Obsorgerecht Ihres Kindes übernehmen. Sie will zurück nach Österreich und steckt derzeit in einer ernsten Krise. Der Herr Dr Nadeimleinsky wurde ihr stark empfohlen. Leider hat sich der Herr Dr. Nademleinsky äußerst unprofessionell und respektlos gegenüber einer hilflosen Mutter verhalten. Reaktionen wie : \Was ist das für eine Frage?!\, Kopfschüttelnd die Kundin beleidigt. Beratungsgespräch hat keine 10min gedauert. Unverschämtheit!Nicht empfehlenswert!
