Do not ever, ever use this place! The dryer destroyed all my stuff. There was something in the dryer apparently (like yellow paint) that came out and got stuck to all my clothes! The owner was contacted immediately and told me to pay additional 5 euros to run a short cycle on one of the washers. The yellow paint didn't come off after that. So now I am left with my clothes destroyed and 15 euros less in my wallet! They are refusing to reimburse me and say I'll just get a free wash cycle next time! That's ridiculous, I am never going there again! There's other places around, please don't be fooled and pay to get your clothes destroyed at this place.

Does what is says on the tin. English instructions were provided and the pay machine took cash. There was a pleasant enough place to sit outside and wait if you’re the trusting sort. There was very limited space inside to sit and wait. I’m very trusting so I went and had a beer nearby.

Decent little laundry for the mid travel freshen up. Use google translate or look for the sign behind the door. You pay at the machine as pic the washer or dryer.

I needed to get a carpet washed which was to big for my own maschine. therefor I went there. I inserted 7 Euro to the coin machine in order to get the washing machine going. No joy and my money was gone. I called a number which was on a sign on the wall - the lady hardly spoke german or english and I gave it an other try. Entered an other 7 Euro - no joy again but this time I got 2 Euro back and left the shop.

This is my go to laundromat in Vienna. its about 5 euro to wash and 3 euro to dry, which is IMMENSELY cheaper than getting it done in the hotel. There is almost always a machine available. They are not the newest, but in good repair and there is a cafe almost next door. From the Opera bus stop take the 59A to Margaretenplatz, and walk back to the fountain with the statue and you will see the laundromat.

The machines are not working well. A dryer just took my money and did not work at all. After that I called the owner and he said he will give me the money ext time\ back. I should just call him. I called him ext time\ and he was not available. He refused to give me my money back. Dont go there!

Coin-operated (as opposed to other locations), it does wash and dry very well. I figured how to start washer. It showed 40 min countdown, however when I came back, the time somehow increased by 25 min. Not a problem, as they have a nice bar nearby to spend extra time... But I was stuck on the dryer - I thought the coin machine just ate my 3 euros. There is no START button on the dryer, and apparently you have to push the knob to start. Quick text to the owners, and he calls back and helps with instructions to my great relief. My suggestion would be to add more instructions in English.

It was difficult to resist kicking the wall of this awful place. Walked a long way and put clothes in washer, then after much frustration with no English instructions realized there was no soap available. Packed up clothes, went back to Airbnb and borrowed some soap. Returned to laundry but couldn’t use 20 bill or card, and the cafes and bars nearby wouldn’t give me change. Went home without washing clothes after wasting over an hour. Incredibly frustrating experience while traveling. Don’t bother going. Update: had to go back to dry clothes before I catch a flight, the only other laundry is extremely far away... they have ONE chair for customers to sit and wait. There are four elderly customers here standing for two hours waiting for their laundry, and I’m sitting on the floor waiting for clothes to dry
