We bought a house from them in 2011. The sales person was very friendly and helpfull, the house had a good design, feels solid and most things met my expertation. However, the windows supplied with this house are absolute terrible. The hinges are to weak and small to carry the full load of the windows, resulting that every now and then you need to adjust them. And on occasion replace them. Our portch door completly fell out becouse of a broken hindge. When we contacted elk about this, they just said that the house was too old (out of guarantee) and its our problem. No help.

Alle sehr freundlich und bemüht aber sobald ein Problem auftritt ist keiner mehr erreichbar und niemand zuständig. Die interne Kommunikation dürfte nicht sehr gut laufen, da man als Kunde unterschiedliche Informationen (zB Termine) bekommt. Leider sehr ärgerlich, wenn Urlaubstage und weitere Bauplanung damit einhergeht
