The apartment was nice, we liked it inside! Old traditional building and nice central location. Well equipped, even an hdmi cable. The bed though, was terrible - we later noticed a review on another site mentioning the bed in October 2015 and clearly nothing has been done about it 5 months later. At 800 for 7 days they should be able to afford a new bed? The lady who runs the place seemed very nice, but we only met her once when we asked to see her. The main contact is with Peter, her husband who runs the delicatessen underneath the apartments. It's clear Peter does not want this additional responsibility relating to his wife's apartments, he appeared much happier in his store chopping up meat and preparing skulls of goats for sale. He was extremely rude, and you had the constant impression any request was too much trouble and he would rather we would simply go away. Certainly no warm welcomes or advice about the surrounding area. We had to introduce ourselves and ask the name of our host. I would like to recommend this apartment however both my boyfriend and I felt that having paid so much for this apartment, the occasional smile would have gone a long way! We would not come back to this apartment on this basis and would not recommend it to friends and family.

Very friendly, helpful owners. Lovely apartment in a mountain style,clean and warm. Just one minute from shops, bars, about 5 minutes to the ski lift. A great place for families with children, friends. I hope to come back next year.
This is an amazing place I can totally recommend. The owners are very helpful and assisted us many times with different matters. Pricing is also very reasonable. The house was built in the 16th century, the ambience and the apartment's interior are really unique. At the same time, all facilities functioned perfectly, the kitchen is really well equipped, the rooms are spacious, beds and furniture are in perfect condition. Make sure to check out their shop on the ground floor, ask for fresh food specialties like Knödel or Schweinebraten in the morning!
We rented an appartment in the Baderhaus end of March 2016 for some days of skiing. It is a particularly beautiful appartment combining convincingly the charms of an old Austrian wooden house with romantic furniture and modern equipment. Beds as well as the convertible sofa in the room combining kitchen with living were perfect. We were positively surprised to find everything we needed in the appartment - even a tab for the dish washer. Welcome and friendliness were as we liked to encounter. We felt to be a valued guest. Location for skiing was perfect: In the middle of town in a short walking distance to the cabin train bringing us up to the mountain. A room for storing ski and shoes was provided.

Супер номер Арника! Стильно, уютно, все продумано до мелочей. Самый центр Цель ам Зее, на пешеходной улице. И пусть ванна вас не смущает, в ней удобно купаться даже крупному человеку. Все соответствует фото. Номер просторный 45 кв.м. Есть посудомоечная машинка, духовка, чайник, 2 кофеварки, микроволновка, холодильник.
