Delicious food! We had the haloumi burger and the spare ribs, really good.
Dismissive, stuffy staff which clearly discriminated against non-locals and was also rude. The food was just average and quite expensive for what it was. Would certainly look further for options the next time I’m in Zell am See...
Very nice place. Friendly... classy... nice interior. Good food... just a bit to busy during high season. One tip... if you reservz tables... put a sign on it... you had to ask too many people that walked in to stand up and clear the table again...
Fabulous ribs. Good value. Good atmosphere. Waitress though, had a personal hygiene issue that was a bit off-putting and should know why it's important to wear deodorant.
First off, the atmosphere is marvelous - the decor, use of space and color coordination are very warm and cozy. I absolutely loved sitting at the bar. The staff was fantastic - our server was cheery, engaged and knew the menu back to front. As far as service quality goes I can say without a shadow of a doubt that it was the best I'd received in Austria - kind, quick and efficient. And finally, food and prices. The place isn't cheap but it's worth the cash - all three entrees we tried were delicious and the portions more than ample. Hats off to the chef :) If you're in Zell Am See, check this place out for sure - try and call in advance for a reservation if you don't want to sit at the bar because the place is usually packed in the evening.
Only been here a day, very nice very clean and friendly. The 2 meals we have had so far have been exelent, rooms small but adequate. Very quiet even though in the centre of Zell am See not far from the City Express and ski shops. Ski store and boot rack in basement. Further report to follow at the end of the ski holiday. The Giant Burger is excellent and the service is excellent as well...highly recommended
