To come across fully motivated people in a sports-store who understand their gear with their hearts and can passionately help you with even your comparably mundane challenge, is so damn rare in what is mostly an area of notorious tourist traps. Not here! These spikes on my shoes are a game changer. The service dept on ground floor is amazing! Fancy fashion upstairs too. Highly recommended store.

Very helpful and Good people on service. Good products on sale But the woman on the cash desk is very rude. Beware this store doesn't offer warranty or Guarantee. When asked about it the lady scoffed and said this is not INTERSPORT store but a family owned INTERSPORT store and we don't cover warranties and price match. We bought the shoes, since my shoes were torn otherwise would not suggest it.

Seems really expensive. Went in for a couple of bike CO2 canisters (stupid airline restrictions), but I'm not paying 7 Euro each....

Disappointed - this store accepted and confirmed my online group booking for multiple sets of skis (order confirmation stated \You can pick up your rental equipment on 4 pm one day before your first rental day.\). However the store had been closed from 2pm on that day (new year's eve) and wasn't opening until the afternoon the following day. They should not accept bookings if they plan to be closed. They wasted my time.
