English doesn't exist for them. Express 6 loading but they open 7.you go said 8!8 no without ref number. Hell

After agreed transport driver arrived on the loading place and it turned out that there were no goods because it was loaded day before. They didn't check this and send me order and after that doesn't want to pay me for empty kilometeres to the loading place in 1/3 of the fracht.I have to send debit note to TIMOCOM ! I don't reccomend this company at all.
