they aren't making ppl wear masks. one person told another to keep it on, the attendant didn't care. only that you're quiet in the quiet zone. it's a mask zone too!

Every time the train comes to late.. Sometimes 5 min and sometimes more then a half hour. Better you buy or meet a car.

Das Unternehmen ist extrem kompliziert und kundenfreundlich. Auf Beschwerden reagiert man mit kalter Schulter und die Ticketstrukturen sind extrem intransparent nächstes Mal wird wieder die Westbahn.
