We experienced a great service on a Wednesday lunch. Food taste was very good, well plated and best of all was the view to enjoy it with.

Loved the experience and food. It's truly magical in winter and the evening. The atmosphere was cosy, the food tasted great, and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend this place for dinner the view and lights are just spectacular.

Fantastic location, great food, decently priced, friendly staff. This combination is rare. Highly recommend!

Very slow service. We ordered 3 drinks and a toast bread. The drinks took 10 minutes. The toast took 30 minutes. The employees move in slow motion. In my opinion, this place is overpriced because of the view. You are better off bringing your own food and drinks and sit in the grass.

I don’t recommend this restaurant and will not be returning. I had a really disappointing experience here with my partner on Thursday afternoon, around 15:00. We walked in and a staff member told us we could take a table that a couple were just leaving from - it was dirty, but didn’t mind and thought someone would clean it. For 15 minutes, none of the staff came to clean the table, offer us a menu or ask what we would like to order anything. One of the staff was cleaning a table beside us and clearly saw that we were waiting for service. To add insult, a group of what I could only assume to be locals came in and were seated immediately, given menus and had their orders taken right away. It was frustrating and gave the impression that the staff favoured serving locals over visitors/English people or people that don’t speak German. We finally walked out and nobody cared or seemed apologetic. For the record, this was an off-peak time mid-afternoon and the restaurant was not busy. Even if the staff couldn’t get to us right away, we would have appreciated a heads up or be spoken to within 15 minutes of us sitting down at a table. I’ve seen other reviews that have mentioned the same issues regarding the staff - the service is very poor, which is upsetting given it is a beautiful spot.

Nice location and friendly staff. A bit expensive and tables could be cleaned more thoroughly after guests have left. We enjoyed our stay as the view over part of the city is great on sunny days.

Nice view. Slow service and unfriendly stuff due to the heat, I guess!?
