Best Cure location and treatments in Europe !
Scam that is actively harmful. Ridiculously overpriced and I was given ‘medical advice’ based on an examination that involved placing microscopic amounts of foods and minerals in glass vials on my chest one by one and testing my muscle strength each time. The ‘doctor’ informed me that I was intolerant of the deadly nightshades (tomatoes and potatoes) - which is blatantly untrue - and worse, that my body tolerates lactose fine. I am in fact lactose intolerant. So this sham medical advice not only set me back over 400 but also caused me great discomfort. Please don’t make the same mistake as me!
Outside my window can see mountains, and even in the winter this is a beautiful experience. Everyone is very helpful, and they really help you regain focus on yourself and your body. Much better understanding of the gut, and also of the emotional self. The people who come are also lovely which makes for a great atmosphere. Having been to the other Vivamayr, I like them both for different reasons. Instead of doing a normal holiday, I do suggest you come here! It will change your life.

The best detox place in Europe
Sure fast way to detox and loose weight!
What an experience! Lovely landscape, hotel right by the Altaussee lake. Top hardware, lovely rooms with an amazing view (either to the lake or to the mountains). Reception staff and waiters are very friendly, attentive and courteous (despite some "interesting" guests with challenging behaviors). Some people still think that just because they have money, they can treat others like like second-class humans. Anyway... My doctor Mrs Eysn was very kompetent and took her time to find out what food and nutritions my body was missing and what I should skip in future. The treatments were all just amazing (thanks to kompetent and friendly staff) and combined with a well considered diet plus dietary supplements I never felt hungry nor weak or tired. Long story short: I lost about 3 kilos in 6 days, feel better than ever in my life before, have lots of energy (I wake up every morning at 5am) and found a new motivation and meaning for my life! Some guests at Vivamayr have the money to spoil themselves with such a treatment, but its a pity that money doesn't buy brains. These guests don't understand the concept of Vivamayr and don't understand that detoxing is never limited to the body. You have to detox your brain as well to have long term success. Staring at your cellphone all the time, checking facebook, writing messages during a meal(!) where you are supposed to be in the moment and focus on the digestion (which begins by chewing your bite 50 times) is useless. Your body is a result of your actions and your thoughts! I will definitely come back!
