The fries were pretty bad, and the oil used was pretty old. You can tell by just looking at the nuggets.
As an American living in Vienna I really miss having a good burger. However, this place is disappointing and after giving it 3 chances i can say in good faith the quality of food is low. They always forget our fries, sauce, and/or side meals. The worse thing about it all is that it’s always an argument with the people who work there, they think we lied about not getting what we ordered. I don’t know why they think we would lie about not getting our complete meal. There is nothing worse than having an incomplete meal when you’re craving a wholesome American platter. Despite our patience the staff on the phone was rude and hung up on us. We will never order from here again.
