The Asia Cocos is a great Asian restaurant located in the Designer Outlet Parndorf, not far from Vienna, actually half the (free)way between Vienna and Bratislava. The Asia Cocos serves delicious food in a nice and colorful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and ambience too. He had Fried Noodles Chicken, a Vegetable Soup as well as Chicken with Vegetables in a yummy sauce and a portion of boiled white rice. It is self-service here and so you can watch the cook preparing your food right in front of you, as the corner is open and so it is widely transparent what’s going on. Food is like normal Asian, but the offer is real hit, one plate from buffet for 10 Euro.
AVOID, DO NOT GO HERE. The worst dining experience in my entire life. Firstly some unpleasant but rules regardless, set by the business: one plate per person. When paying for the plates, I advised them that we have 2 plates but 3 people, so will pay extra so that we can all dine at the restaurant. The waiter kept saying "no no no" continuously, pointing to the sign. I repeated myself but they didn't even try to listen. So I ordered a separate dish, so they can get their revenue quota per head; confirmed this with the guy at the counter that we can share food. We shared the food once we got to the table, and the waitress comes with a sheet of paper saying "2 women buffet", gesturing that the 3rd person is not able to share the food. I told them the counter guy said it's all okay, but she says not allowed. By this point I was fuming and told her that she didn't even try to listen at the counter when we said we will pay extra for 3 people. When other patrons started staring, she says okay and takes back the separate dish ordered and brings a calculator saying to pay 10 extra. This is EXACTLY what we wanted right from the start as per their rules which they refused to listen and create such a big drama over the most ridiculous dining policy. The workers there actually perform rounds around the dining tables to supposedly "crack down" on food sharing patrons. Does not even deserve the 1 star; food was disgusting, dry and very salty.
EXTREMELY rude staff When I went there and got buffet, which each plate is individually sold, the staff were watching from the window(I ate outside) and did not let me share with any other person. When I tried to share, the staff ran out and started yelling at me! They complained and said that I could not share, so I just asked for a box and ate the food somewhere else. The food was greasy and super salty. I would definitely not recommend this place.
It’s really funny when you says it’s buffet but you cannot refills a battle of water. My kids went to refill water and there has a waiter come to me ask another 2. Also the food are really bad, it tastes not fresh.
Worst dining experience ever. Don’t allow sharing food. Bad services and attitude from waiters. Very rude. Tell customer that she’s watching from cctv inside . Very uncomfortable eating there. Feel like a thief but paid already. Very unsatisfied
There is another restaurant call McDonald’s near this outlet I recommend to go. Anyway, don’t go to this shXtty place. The waitress require the person who did not order the food forbidding to seat on the chair, and forbid to take the extra fork because one person did not order anything.... Food taste bad, poor service. I sincerely suggest the outlet kick this restaurant off this place
