My name is Robert Gaertner, I am an AYC customer for more than 32 years. I never chartered a boat somewhere else. I know your employees really well since a long time. That’s why I want to tell that anytime we arrive in Vodice, my friends and I feel very welcome. If I think about Alenka and Kristian in the office then I remember their really nice way to treat us. What a question or wish I have - they do their outmost to help me. Your people on the landing stage, like Antonio and his coworkers are always friendly, even if I observe that they have stress in this moment. I will never forget how they always helped my handicapped father to get on the boat (I guess you saw the video). And Mrs Knestel, in the office in Vienna, is worth to mention, too. Since our first contact she is treating me very friendly. Last April we had to change all crew lists only a few hours before departure, because three friends were suddenly in the hospital, but Mrs Knestl helped me on the phone and took away a lot of stress from me. In our time it is worth to mention that in your company are working such good employees. You can be proud of them, they make me enjoying my vacation from the very first minute. And I don’t take them for granted! The ocean, the islands and your boats are very nice, but the most valuable part of your company AYC is definitely your crew! I started with renting one boat every year. Now I am coming twice a year, renting five or more boats in a year. Some other friends are also your customer now. Thank you for making us feel good using your staff in Vodice and Vienna! My reservation for next year is already set. And I know we will enjoy it again!

Reliable yacht charter company for the Adriatic. Good prices Ok boats. Every year they buying some new boats. Now it is only one port where you can pick up the boat in Vodice Croatia. They are quite flexible and the reservation process is very smooth. I never had a problem with them. No tricks.
Kreditkarte auf Grund angeblicher Schäden belastet und trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung keine Fotos, Schadensmeldung, Rechnung,... übermitteltet. Die 20 Jahre alte Yacht, die wir für einen Ausbildungstörn buchten war unnötigerweise am Ende. Mehrere Luken mit gaffa-band getaped, ruderanlage verzogen, kein Wasser im bug-bad, Scharniere von 3 kastln defekt, antifouling wohl seit Jahren nicht gemacht, getriebe am Ende, Motor schluckte 0,5l Öl bei vielleicht 30 Betriebsstunden in unserer törn-woche ,... Alles in allem sehr ernüchternde Erfahrung. Kontakt mit dem Wiener Büro schleppend. Ich würde ayc nicht empfehlen!
