The shop failed to inform us to consider purchasing the ski insurance when we initially rented the equipment and upon return of the skiis to our deepest surprise the shop claimed that my 9 years old son skis sustained deep scratches and therefore, we were asked to pay them 25 compensation. This would have been fine if the shop openly shared their terms and conditions. Be careful when you rent the equipment, make sure to perform scrupulous check of its condition.

A bit messy and unstructured. I paid online for their premium skiis and to be honest, that just made me have worse options to chose from. I used Inter Sport the last time I was in the Austrian alps, based on that and the looks of the Inter Sport shop I'll use Inter Sport next time.
Very bad service and equipment in the so called \premium sector\. Unqualified staff which gave us wrong information and we were standing in front of a closed shop when we wanted to return the skis.
