I contacted this company last-minute to make a same day balloon set order for a birthday party - mr.Sergei was highly attentive, flexible, polite and ready to make any adjustments to provide the balloon set i wanted. The balloons themselves are great, large sizes and very bright! Definitely set the mood during this pandemic. All in all, i highly recommend this service

I recommend Balloon O'Clock with all my heart. The customer care is on such level that 5 starts is not enough to describe how happy I am with services of this company. Amazing contact, supper approach to the customer. I had many questions and couldn't make my mind, yet they took time to go through it with me and I was amazed with the end results and birthday person was very happy with their Balloon surprise gift.
