Simply ocket-powerful\!! Whether in Corona times or under normal conditions - this brilliant team does its very best. Training sessions (even online), nutrition coaching, morning/evening routines, physio - I have been able to try it out for more than five years, and I can only warmly recommend it all. You get valuable individual tips and suggestions for improvement - and yeah, it's intense, but fun too. With this team and the whole community, you go from being a sports muffle to sports enthusiasts. Thanks!

I have been a member of Basefive for a good 4 years and feel perfectly accompanied and supported there to maintain and develop my physical health. Besides the group trainings I have already taken advantage of the nutritional training as well as physiotherapy and private sessions after an accident. I can highly recommend the \all-round carefree package\ including top professional trainers and therapists as well as a great community that always encourages top performance from the bottom of my heart! Especially the large selection of online trainings, which are in no way inferior in quality to the training on site, makes the year 2020 a lot nicer! Basefive is my Innsbruck-Happy-Place! :-)

Awesome trainings location and the spirit of the community is everywhere!
We wanted to join their group ten times during our stay in Innsbruck. Two persons one session per day. They asked 480 euros in total! That translates to almost four times their normal monthly flat rate fee of 149 per month. Not friendly at all. Later they asked me to delete my review.
The workout is incredible intense. Due to high level of team motivation and the great input of our instructors we push the limits each session.
By far the best training location around innsbruck.
