I cannot choose my dishes when I order a Thali? Just one of them? The others are chosen by the kitchen... Because of the colors of the food?!? What a nonsense. Been a regular customer, but not anymore...

Hands down the best delivery service in Vienna. Ordered a couple of times now and the food was always great. Prices are a little higher but you get reliable quality and its organic food. Cheers to the nice people working there.
I've been a regular customer since about 1-2 years without any complaints so far. But today me and my girlfriend ordered a vegan thali and acutally received it with cheese and butter in some of the dishes. We called them to get a our money back since it wasn't what we ordered and we had to make 3 phone calls with them plus had to bargain our way up from 7 to 12 and finally 17,50 which was the actual price of the dish. We are very disappointed with the customer service of biofrische.
I ordered food here and it was too spicy and chicken was hard like stone. I do not recommend this place
