I went on 25.1. to the store to get a new snowboard and binding. I chose snowboard and binding Nitro Team and was promised 20% discount - 15% on ware on sale and additional 5% on snowboardbinding below 650 EUR. Unfortunately, the snowboard had to be ordered from other BT store, as my size was not on stock, so I had to wait. I wanted to pay in advance but was told that I could pay upon deliver. On 4.2. I got a call that snowboard is ready to be picked up. After I came to the store, I was told that I will not get the 15% discount I was promised. Instead, I get only 10% as both the snowboard and binding will be over 650 EUR. My objection that the order was placed and wanted to be paid already on 25.1. was not taken into account!

Highly recommend for snowboard and skate lovers! Good selection of equipment, staff (try Vincent, he is also snowboard teacher in Flachau), servicing and sports insurance.
Terrible experience from staff member with dreadlocks!! Had no intention helping and accused me of wasting time. I am a very enthusiastic snowboarder and certainly not a window shopper!
Highly recommended for snowboard lovers. Great shop located in the center of Salzburg.
