Went there on Friday and got help from Raul. He was super nice and friendly, knew what he was talking about, very helpful and patient. I never write reviews but this time I really felt like I should. After such a great help I got new snb boots. Thanks again Raul:)

worst customer support. they sold a not suitable snowboard for my style of snowboarding. i asked them to take it back and to refuse to do so. i will try to get in touch with konsumentenschutz. NEVER AGAIN BLUE TOMATO. it used to be a very cool snowboardshop, but now it's totally rubbish.
Worst customer service in Austria! Had to ask 4 times for someone to help me and 20 mins later still none showed up.

Always read reviews before placing an order online! I placed an order yesterday, the total value asa 630, but the order never went through. In spite of this, the card got charged or how the costumer service says \a reservation\ asa placed on the card. Called up TWICE the customer service to get the same answer, that in case the order didn't go through, the money will be released back into the account in about 10 freaking days and if we have enough money in the account, to place the order again. Well, no! First of all I might or might not have that kind of money, and second of all, who will guarantee that the order will go through the second time and that I won't be charged again and wait for nothing the second time? Anyways, most of the products weren't even in stock anymore when I checked again. And about the money, it's outrageous to have to wait for the money to be released in 10 days! Blue tomato should look into this issue as I see this is not only a one time thing, but it keep happening to people. Also, customer support should really be support, not just a number that we get to call to talk to someone and waste time because that is what it was for me.
Lots of many things but the prices are too high!
