Really one of the best boulder halls I have ever visited. The place is quite huge and you will be able to find many routes of varying difficulties starting from 4a and ending at approximately 8b. I was really astonished by the size of that place because it looks much smaller in the photos. The grading system is slightly harder than I am used to, however you will be able to find many routes which will be fun to try even for flashing or as longer projects. A place definitely worth visiting!

Very challenging and hard set routes, but all of them very creative! Was frustrating for me at times because I am used to easier setting from other gyms but that of course is not the boulderbar’s fault. I’d definitely come again when in Salzburg! 10/10 would recommend!

Yesterday was my first time here and I LOVED IT! The gym is super big, has a lot of different tracks, but also a bar with a terrace outside. People are cool and friendly - very international environment. You can also get a trainer, if that’s something that you are looking for. You can also rent climbing shoes there, or buy equipment. There are nicely equipped changing rooms with closed lockers (you get a key). Price is around 11-12 euro an entry - with shoes. Enjooooy!

Extremely lucky and spoiled that my first ever boulder gym was the BoulderBar. Great facility, constantly changing and challenging routes, and the layout is very conducive to always finding a new challenge. The prices are very reasonable, especially the three month pass. The bar is also neat, and it was easy to convince others to try bouldering if they watched while drinking a beer the first time they came.

Excellent routesetting with a large variety of holds. Problems go up to 7C. Moonboard and spray wall provide room to train for the stronger climbers. Never knew I wanted a bar at our gym until Boulderbar - it provides a great place to relax and socialise with a pint of good beer.

One of the best bouldering gyms I've ever been to, and I've been to maybe 50 around the world by now. Spacious, clean, super interesting routes of all difficulties, and friendly staff. Reasonable prices, showers, bar and a little store to buy climbing gear. If only every gym was like this, truly exemplary!
