My wife and I went to INTERSPORT in Mayrhofen during ski vacation. We both got new boots so we could test and tweak throughout the week of skiing. Fritz Kindl is the ABSOLUTE SKI BOOT DOCTOR. He got us both fitted with the perfect boots for our foot type and adjusted until they were perfect. He really knows his stuff. I went back a few days later because of a hot spot that developed from the boot adjusting to my foot and Fritz worked some more of his magic and it was perfect again. Thanks Fritz!

Extremely long wait and too little staff (that is quite friendly) We are in Mayrhofen for a short trip, but had to wait over an hour and half before being served. I would recommend to go to the smaller shops in town. You will make the most of your day and not waste time inside a store whilst the sun is shining outside.

Fabulous customer service here. Upon rental and return the staff greeted us and introduced themselves by name. They were full of advice about which skis to try and even suggested we try a new pair each day for different types of skiing in different areas of the resort (no extra cost). The skis and boots were new and in perfect condition. They even gave us a bag for our boots and suncream for the mountain. Everyone in there was very friendly and helpful. Top service.

Rented my skis and locker from the Intersport base station last week. Have to say it was the best rental experience I've ever had in many many years of ski holidays. My ski's were in pristine condition, ready for collection with minimal queuing on collection and return. No hassle and very helpful and super friendly staff. Thank you :)
