I was in Vienna International Airport and the 2 ladies which were searching the passport and the boarding pass asked me for a second ID when they saw my nationality as "a standard procedure " as was described. Just to mention that i was the only one in the line asked to make a second proof of ID. Poor service from the staff.

Irresponsible and untrained Workers, the woman named Maria- Elsavador on the Air France/Klm check in seat was very Rude, She deliberately refuse to to issued me bording pass. No more Air France or Klm vienna
I got stranded in Vienna having missed my connection flight and Gloria at the Celebi desk at terminal 3 was extremely helpful and persistent. The Air Baltic customer service did not respond for a long time and Gloria kept calling them to secure rebooking and accommodation for me. All this after the closure of her working hours at nearly midnight. I am beyond grateful. Thank you Gloria!
Worst Kebab company ever. They lost my baggage. Than employee want to sell me some stories, that she has good feeling that it should be somewhere here. And how transportation system works,..etc. Than sending me to check the rest of 10 tracks... after 30 minutes of wasting my time, she gave a form to fill. Meanwhile she told me, if they found my bag I have to come back to airport to pick it up, though I told here I live 3 hours away.. I can't believe how Vienna Airport let this company work by them
Extremely worthless... not helpful and ground handling staff opens luggage and steals things!! and dear celebi, with those staff you will never ever become good, respectful and trustworthy company. Shame on you! We were robbed today, 05/08/2018, flight from Rome to Vienna.
Must be one of the worst luggage handling services out there. Leaving people hanging on check-in by only opening one instead of four (!) counters, hostile with customer service requests, a disgrace to this airport, especially considering that it provides the first and last experiences for visitors to this country.
Rude and deceiving stuff. Instead of helping passengers of a canceled flight with rebooking and providing water/food/accommodations as it is normally done by every company which values their reputation, their representatives just said to us: “Go home!” They also denigrated their partners WizzAir saying: “Your airline company is a bad one and they are not offering you anything!” Which is a complete lie!!! Only after a slandal they started doing their job and yet not properly. Never in all my travels have I had such an outrageously bad experience. Shame, shame on you, Çelebi!
Extreme racist just because we are Asian. I was there for the rebooking service, the officer kind of scolded us when he saw us ' dont leave your trash here and cause trouble to others!' We were shocked as we didnt know what had happened. He went on and said ' yes , u left trash here half an hour ago!' Come on, i was just in the airport for 5 min... unbelievale poor service.
