I came into the office at 10:30 Saturday. I have been worried for 3 days because my son has had high fevers. I read good reviews from people visiting here and decided to come here. I am visiting Austria and didn't know where else to go. I get there and it is empty no patients. I speak to the receptionist in English and she responds in German. I say I do not know what she is saying, and then she decided to respond in English instead of doing it the first time. Only to tell me they couldn't see me because I was from out of town, and that I would have to go else where because they were \fully\ booked. Then like nothing just starts helping the person behind me. *** side note I asked where else I could take him, and she responds in German giving me a hand written note that was completely UNREADABLE of a public clinic to go to... which was not helpful. Do NOT come here is you need you little one to be seen.

The only doctor that open on Saturday. Thank God for him. He is very calm and helpful. The lady in receptionist is very welcome. We didnt have appointment since it is an urgent matter. We visit Salzburg for holiday.. and my daughter suddenly had high fever. Recommended Peditrician.

Bester Kinderarzt. Bin seit über 6 Jahren mit beiden Jungs dort. Es werden nie unnötige Medikamente für die Kinder verordnet. Sehr freundlicher, kompetenter Arzt. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass Dr. Puttinger noch lange ordiniert.
