Went to the store with my mother on our vacantion. Bought for about 60 on jewerly. But a while later i realised i bought something wrong, so we went back to the store to return it. Got a giftcard and asked the girl behind the counter if it was possible to use the card in the Netherlands since i live there. She said yes, but the card said it was only valid in Austria. So we asked if she was sure, she was amd even asked the manager. They both said it was also valid in other country's. So when i went to the claire's store in the Netherlands yesterday, they were not able to use the card, because it was only valid in Austria, just like the card said. Nice way to get rid of your customers.We will be back in Salzburg this winter, so we will asked for an explanation then.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich bedient obwohl es noch sehr früh war. Ich liebe die bunten und lustigen Artikel. Habe mir Assesoirs für die Haare gekauft und bin mit der Qualität der Artikel sehr zufrieden. Es ist nicht unbedingt günstig aber dafür hält es auch länger

Wenn man was ausgefallenes sucht... Was nicht jeder hat, dann wird man fündig. Klar, ist viel Krimskrams dabei aber ich mags schon gern und die Verkäuferinnen sind sehr nett und freundlich.
