This makes life a lot easier in case a renovation is planned. 3) Informal and friendly attitude, plus perfect service in English. This is great value for foreigners with limited knowledge of the German language. 4) Punctuality. They were always perfectly on time, and are able to react quickly if necessary.

CONCREET GmbH - First Class Service and Dedicated Staff I rarely write reviews, but Mr Alexander Stampfer is one of the best estate agent I ever come across. I wanted to sell my flat. He guided me through whole process during our first meeting and suggested realistic evaluation estimate. I started to receive viewing requests soon after and about a few weeks after I received and accepted an offer. There were some delays due to COVID 19 but Alexander continued to update me about the progress of my sale until we had completion. I found him as an honest and straightforward professional; a man of his words. There was excellent communication throughout the process. His team also helped by remodeling my new home. I loved working with Karin and would highly recommend anyone looking for an interior designer who brings creativity but designs something that fits YOU and your style. I sincerely recommend CONCREET!
Our real estate agent was very polite, and honestly couldn't have helped us in any better ways. He was quick to respond to all of my emails and phone calls. Any problems we had were dealt with within the next few days and left us with no worries. I highly recommend them.
Service-orientated, helpful and knowledgeable real estate firm. They have a mix of professionals that know what they are doing and they are focused on results for the client. Some “more established” smaller firms have just been around for longer without keeping up in terms of regulatory change, efficiency and technology. I would definitely use Concreet in the future!
