Bought an Estee Lauder set of face creams, when I got home I saw that one of them was empty and all of them were already opened. The customer service did not even bother to answer my email..

We would have liked to buy in this store, when we were paying for an item that was on sale on the window and the full price was 22 eu more than the sale and none of the employees wanted to fulfill this sale and denied our request to get back those 22 eus. The store manager said in Austria they do not have to pay the different. I think it is incorrect and we do not reccomend to buy in this store.
