The customer service at this store is nothing short of fantastic! The staff are helpful, patient, and thorough. Chasing a toddler to find the right fit for a shoe is no easy task, but the employees at daantje exhibit patience and enthusiasm in their work. I am very grateful for their tips on sizes and what is most practical for a growing kid. The shop also carries our favorite toy brands! Win win!

The shop has great products, the staff is friendly and helpful but the owner is an anti-service man. After spending well over 1,000 euros on LifeTime furniture, one of the items became faulty clearly due to poor assembling. We exchanged on the topic by email directly with the owner who always took ages to respond, would not care about the cause of the problem. Finally, several months and literally DOZENS of emails later, the owner provided a replacement for the damaged part charging us full price but with the specific, originally missing screws not included. After many exchanges he \agreed\ to have the 2 small screws delivered directly from the source which after 2 months have still not arrived. Conclusion: buy at will but do not expect any caring Customer Service with it. Better still: buy elsewhere!

The staff there is really nice, but the owner is not friendly at all, angry if the kids are looking by themselves and do not provide any help or advise, just complaining. Nice clothes, quality but quite expensive.

I had the worse experience shopping here!! They sell really nice stuff but owner its really unfriendly and give incredible bad service in such a kids shop! Did deny to pack a kid toy for a present! sending me to opposite shop to buy paper for 3 euros! still cannot believe
