Extremely poor service, irresponsible and dishonest employees. They ask you to wait the whole day at home for the delivery from 8:00 to 17:00 because they cannot tell you a time window when they will come. I was waiting since 08:00 until 13:00 at home and then left. The driver called me at 13:30 and promised me to come back next day at 13:00. Again the whole day I was waiting at home. Then the lady from the company called me and told me that the driver will not come today because he did not took my delivery. I called the driver bit he did not pick up the phone. I said that it’s unacceptable. The lady called me again and said that since the driver promised me to deliver the good today he will pick it up and deliver today around 13:00. At 15:00 (!) the driver called me and said that I have to come to the entrance door of our house because he will not bring it to the door of the flat. They have super bad service, they do not keep their promises and after that they asked customers to come to the entrance door to pick up the order. It’s just crazy. And the drivers like this one should be fired if they cannot work properly.

Worst delivery experience ever. Driver just drops off a 60kg heavy box _on the street_, no mask, no gloves, extremely unfriendly. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Unglaublich, man wird aus der Leitung geschmissen, anschließend meldet sich der Anrufbeantworter. Keine Zustellung, keine Hilfe!
Csak az irodáig jutottam, az egyik ablaktól küldtek a másikhoz, mint ha senkinek nem kellene az áru amit hoztam, majd 2.5 óra után ki találták hogy nem is itt lesz le rakva! Flegma egy társaság, segítőkészség nulla! Remélem először és utoljára voltam itt!
Выгрузка происходит с 00:00 до 05:00. Есть паркинг (wartezone) где можно сделать паузу 9 или 11 часов. Выгрузили очень быстро.
Tentokrát rychlá vykládka,jindy je to horší.
Ich müsste die Ware selbst abholen sonst hätte ich noch länger warten müssen. Vor Ort waren alle höflich und hilfsbereit
Nebol problem z vylozenim, ale zaparkovat na vstupnom parkovisku ano. Kazde parkovacie miesto obsadene.
